By joining the Pink Collar Club, you agree to the following membership terms:

 

💳 Billing & Payments

    •    Membership is auto-billed monthly on the date of sign-up.

    •    You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

    •    Missed appointments or unused services do not roll over to the following month — it’s a               “use it or lose it” membership.

 

🐾 What’s Included

    •    One (1) full-service groom and one (1) bath-only appointment per month.

    •    All appointments include our full all-inclusive package services (nails, teeth, etc.).

    •    Appointments must be booked within your scheduled service area and availability.

 

🕒 Scheduling & Cancellations

    •    Members are responsible for booking their services each month (we’ll help remind you!).

    •    24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

    •    Missed or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiting that month’s service.

 

📍 Service Area & Availability

    •    Membership is only valid within our designated service areas and route.

    •    Appointment times are based on availability and may vary month to month.

 

🚪 Membership Cap

    •    Membership slots are limited to maintain quality and availability for each dog.
